Amazon removed listing mentioned below been removed pursuant to the directions of the Honorable Delhi High Court in order dated 26th September 2018 passed in a suit filed by Amway titled Amway India Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. vs. Pioneering Products & Ors., C.S. (OS) No. 480 of 2018. The Delhi High Court has directed Amazon as follows:
“to pull down all the AMWAY listings on both the e-commerce platform I.e. Website and mobile application"
